Tenant Relationship Management (Mall-centric)

Establish & maintain good relationship with Tenants in the mall and be their key liaison for mall-centric leasing matters, issues and concerns
Facilitate Tenants’ collaboration with mall’s Marcom team on sales-driven activities so as to boost Tenants' sales and sustainability
Support CM/GM to ensure that issues pertaining to Tenants' units are resolved (e.g. Tenancy Design issues, Operations/Marcoms matters)...

Project Support :

1. Housekeeping of data and data migration for Sales and Accounts Receivable module.

2. Testing/validation of data

3. Highlight issues and follow up for resolution....

Assist in reviewing tenancy mix and formulating strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the retail properties
Secure new tenancies, renew existing leases, identify market segments and prospects and liaise with property agents
Liaise and maintain good working relationship with tenants....

Make calls to establish contacts with prospective tenants.
Attend to all leasing enquiries, conduct viewings and follow up to bring these prospective tenants to secure new leases.....
