Not all search assignments require the extensive detailed search that comes with a Retained Executive Search. As such, we offer our clients a Contingent Selection Search which is on a no-placement, no-fee basis. In a Contingent Selection Search, our clients have the flexibility to partner with us as and when they require our assistance with finding the right talent for their organisation. Here we will apply a combination of approaches from research and systematic headhunting to network search, candidate referrals and leveraging our in-house database to identify and approach suitable candidates. Our consultants will conduct a detailed competency and behavioural-based interview before making final recommendations to our clients to ensure the correct hire and organisational fit.
