The Investment Manager will work closely with the senior members of the real estate investment team and is responsible for providing analytical and leadership support on potential real estate transactions.

What you will do:

• Participate in strategic & long-term planning of the Company strategic direct investment projects including land acquisitions, project development, project finance and mergers and acquisitions

• Responsible for managing transaction / investment process from deal origination, including managing external stakeholders to successful completion.

• Building and maintaining investment models for current and prospective acquisitions, including comprehensive sensitivity analysis

• Research, analyze, present and document drafting elements of a developing transaction

• Conducting acquisition due diligence process, including working closely with consultants and challenging of due diligence assessment

• Implementing internal protocols / SOPs to track and conduct quarterly updates of real estate assets under management

• Assist with training new Analysts and Interns

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
