You will be part of the Construction Quality Team to support and strengthen the entire value chain for construction project implementation, especially on progressive quality management during both design and construction phase of Construction Projects. Your role includes having to develop, review and implement construction quality initiatives, set and enforce quality standards, as well as conduct regular construction quality audits in projects. In addition, you will be sharing lesson learnt and good industry practices on construction quality within the organisation and with the project site supervision teams. You will also be required to analyse data and trends in our quality performance across projects. You will also be required to explore the adoption of technology at sites to aid in the construction quality management and conduct innovative collaborations with industry partners.
